The crawler type unloading and stacking machine is directly unloaded by the box truck, and then the unloading and stacking machine completes the stacking operation.
Direct unloading and stacking height of box trucks: the box trucks directly unload the loose materials into the floor type unloading cabin, and then send them to the stacking conveyor by the chain plate conveyor, and then transfer them to the storage yard by the stacking conveyor to set the height. The stacking conveyor rack swings left and right, and the stacking height is adjusted by lifting up and down. Through the operation of the whole machine, the rotation and pitch of the stacking conveyor belt rack can make the stacking form a neat shape of trapezoidal section.
It is a practical unloading and stacking machine in the bulk material (bulk material) storage yard. It can form a storage yard transportation mechanization system with bucket wheel stacker reclaimer, unloading (ship) machine, belt conveyor and ship loader (truck). The production capacity can reach more than 800 tons per hour. The operation of crawler type single bucket wheel stacker reclaimer has strong regularity and is easy to realize automation. The control modes are manual, semi-automatic and automatic. The crawler travel is controlled by remote control. It is convenient and fast to move and transfer. It really realizes rapid transfer and rapid work, and the work efficiency is greatly improved. The equipment adopts the dual-purpose energy supply mode of oil and electricity, which is convenient for users to use flexibly and quickly.
High energy efficiency: for continuous transfer, stacking and unloading of bulk materials, multiple box trucks can be unloaded at the same time, with wide stacking surface and high efficiency.
Few people: 1~2 people operate (or no one) to realize automatic unloading and stacking.
Low energy consumption: the total power of the equipment is 103kW.
Low cost of machinery use and maintenance: less vulnerable parts for daily maintenance, conveyor belt, idler, etc.
Good environmental protection performance: the conveying system of the unloading bin and the conveying system of the stacking boom operate at a low speed with less dust.
Good reliability: the whole machine uses 380V AC as the power source, and the motor, reducer and other domestic brands. The electrical control components, PLC, hydraulic system pump and valve are imported.
Prospective equipment design: realize unmanned mining and excavation through intelligent design of equipment control. Compared with traditional excavators, the operating cost is reduced by 70% and the procurement cost is reduced by 50%. One working capacity replaces 2-10 conventional excavators
